— A Columbia pastor charged this week with criminal sexual conduct is free on bond.

Bond was set at $60,000 early on Wednesday for Willie Lee Marvin Sr., 51, a pastor at New Life World Ministries on Decker Boulevard. By 6 p.m. Wednesday, he was no longer an inmate at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center, according to the center’s website.

Marvin is also charged with producing, promoting or directing a sexual performance by a child under 18 and voyeurism.

The judge also ordered Marvin to have no direct or indirect contact with the victim.

The victim told police Marvin sent sexually explicit text messages and an obscene photo to a phone Marvin had given to the victim, according to an incident report. The report also says the victim said Marvin had intimate contact with the victim on more than one occasion.
