South Carolina's top issues heading into a new year

2014 is shaping up as a year of questions for South Carolina and the Midlands.

Here are the top questions we believe could be answered in the coming 12 months. Just click on a link to find out what the answers may be.

RETAIL, RESTAURANT RENAISSANCE. Are we watching the rise of our shopping and dining options?
