Admission waived to popular Columbia attractions

January 22, 2014

Looking for affordable fun – or, in this case, free fun? At least two of Columbia’s most popular attractions are offering free admission for a bit this winter. The Columbia Museum of Art is offering two weeks of free admission for Richland County and Columbia residents, now through Feb. 2. Visitors can view exhibits and participate in several museum activities. And, Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is offering Free Fridays in January and February for residents of Richland and Lexington counties (bring proof of residency with a valid ID or property tax statement).
