Snow in Columbia? Maybe next week

January 24, 2014

C. ALUKA BERRY/CABERRY@THESTATE. — The State

— Snow is in the forecast.

It's four days out – Tuesday night, early Wednesday. The chances for the Columbia area are slim, with around 10 percent chance of precipitation, and amounts should be small if it happens, according to the National Weather Services.

Lots could change between now and then. Midlands residents should worry more about the lows in the upper teens or lower 20s Saturday and Sunday.

But ... snow is in the forecast.
