A list of weather-related closings and delays.

Schools

— Richland One: closed Thursday.

— Richland One basketball games have been rescheduled: C.A. Johnson High School vs. Lamar High School, 5 p.m. Friday; Lower Richland High School vs. River Bluff High School, 11 a.m. Saturday; Eau Claire High School vs. Columbia High School, 5 p.m. Saturday; Richland One Middle School Championship Games, 6 p.m. Feb. 17.

— The Richland One Board of School Commissioners scheduled for Tuesday has been rescheduled for Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. at H.B. Rhame Elementary School.

— Richland Two: closed Thursday.

— Lexington One: closed Thursday.

— Lexington District Two: closed Thursday.

— Lexington District Three: All schools and offices closed Thursday.

— Lexington District Four: closed Thursday.

— Lexington-Richland District Five: closed Thursday.

— The School District of Newberry County, all schools and offices, closed Thursday

— Kershaw County School District schools and offices: closed Thursday.

— Laurens County School Districts 55 and 56: closed Thursday.

— The Columbia Jewish Day School closed Thursday

— St. Michael’s Early Learning Center: closed Thursday.

Higher education

— The Clemson University campus is closed Thursday and day and night classes are canceled.

— USC’s Columbia campus will remain closed Thursday. University offices will be closed and all classes canceled. The University of South Carolina Salkehatchie Walterboro and Allendale campuses will be closed Thursday. No classes will meet and offices will be closed.

— The Clemson University campus is closed Thursday; day and night classes are canceled.

— Columbia College is closed Thursday. All College offices, classes and campus events are canceled, except for essential employees.

— Benedict College, Benedict College Continuing Education Center, and Benedict College Early Childhood Development Centers are closed Thursday. There will be NO shuttle service.

Government

— Chapin Town Hall is closed Thursday.

— City of Columbia is closed Thursday except for essential services. The Meet the Lenders Forum scheduled for Thursday (hosted by the City of Columbia’s Office of Business Opportunities) has been canceled.

— All County of Lexington Government Offices are closed Thursday, including libraries, Recreation and Aging Commission offices, judicial facilities, judicial center, county administration offices, magistrate courts, waste and recycling centers, land-fill adminstration offices.

— The Lexington County Sheriff's Department's awards ceremony scheduled for Thursday is canceled.

— The Town of Lexington Offices will be are closed to the public Thursday.

—Newberry County Government Offices are closed Thursday.

— All non-essential City of Sumter offices are closed Thursday.

— Laurens County Government offices are closed Thursday.

— Fort Jackson is closed Thursday. This closure includes Moncrief Army Community Hospital and all its clinics, DoDEA schools, AFFES and Commissary facilities. Graduation for Soldiers of the 2nd Battalion, 60th Infantry Regiment has also been canceled.

— The City of Columbia Love Our Hearts Walk scheduled for Friday has been canceled.

— Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia – Emergency Department and Inpatient Services will be open with some limited services in specialty clinics operating in Columbia on a case-by-case basis such as surgery, dialysis and chemotherapy.

Courts

— Town of Lexington Municipal Court has been canceled Thursday. Court has been rescheduled for February 18.

Transportation services

— All COMET bus service is delayed until 10 a.m. Thursday. Contact the inclement weather hotline at 803-255-7118 for service updates.

— Capitol City Cab will open after 9 a.m. Thursday.

Trash services

— Lexington County trash services: No Franchise Solid Waste curbside collection Thursday in unincorporated areas of Lex. County. Services will resume Friday on an adjusted schedule. Advanced DIsposal Customers: Collections normally scheduled for Wednesday will be made on Friday, Thursday will move to Friday/Saturday, and Friday will move to Saturday. Waste Industries Cutsomers: Collections normally scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday will be made on Friday, and Friday collections will be on Saturday.

— City of Columbia: There will be NO recyclable or trach pick up Thursday. Trash crews will be working an adjusted schedule and pick up will be on a one day delay.

— Richland County trash services: Thursday and Friday pick up as conditions allow. No red bin recycling pickup this week. Lime green bin pickup on Friday. Storm debris may be placed at curbside, and ollections may begin next week, or sooner if possible.

Community

—Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church offices are closed Thursday.

— Shandon Presbyterian Church in Columbia is closed Thursday; evening activities are canceled.

— Senior Resources and Meals on Wheels in Richland County is closed Thursday.

— Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is closed Thursday.

— The Medicaid Expansion press conference and town hall meeting scheduled for Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the State House is canceled. The Medicaid Expansion Town Hall Meeting scheduled for Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Eau Claire Print Building in Columbia is canceled.

— Harvest Hope: CSFP Senior Feeding day has been changed to Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

— Oliver Gospel Mission is increasing capacity to 132 mats in its day room at the facility at Assembly and Taylor streets to provide emergency shelter for the homeless in the coming days.

— Warming stations have opened at the Clinton City Department of Public Safety and the Laurens City Police Department.

— Shandon Presbyterian Church in Columbia is closed Thursday; evening activities are canceled.

— The luncheon meeting of the Richland County Education Association scheduled for Thursday at noon is canceled.

Business

— The Doc Depot in Williston is Thursday.

— All Security Federal Bank branches are Thursday; normal business hours on Friday.

— The following Palmetto Health entities will be closed on Thursday. Information on delays on Thursday listed as available.

— South Carolina Bankers Association's Spring Compliance Conference set for Thursday in Columbia has been canceled/rescheduled.

— Berwick Offices in Batesburg-Leesville will reopen at 11 a.m. Thursday.

— Palmetto Health Ophthalmology (both locations) will reopen at noon Thursday.

— Palmetto Heart: All locations—Lexington, Columbia and Hartsville—will reopen at 1 p.m. Thursday.

— Palmetto Pulmonary (all locations), Palmetto Infectious Disease, and Columbia Gastro Associates (all locations), will reopen at noon Thursday.

— Federal Mogul Corp. in Orangeburg will resume full operations at 3 p.m. Thursday.

— Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union, all locations, closed Thursday.

— All Moore Center for Orthopedics clinic and rehabilitation offices, in Richland and Lexington counties, are closed Thursday.
