COLUMBIA, SC — U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham had an extra ticket to Tuesday night's State of the Union address, and he gave it to Korie Robertson, wife of "Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson.
Willie Robertson is the guest of Rep. Vance McAllister of Louisiana.
McAllister was elected in November to fulfill the unexpired term of former Rep. Rodney Alexander, who resigned to take a post in Louisana Gov. Bobby Jindal's administration. McAllister was endorsed by Phil Robertson, the "Duck Dynasty" patriarch who was caused a firestorm last year when he made some anti-gay marriage comments in an interview with GQ magazine.
Graham is up for reelection in November, but first he must survive a crowded Republican primary with four other candidates who are challenging Graham's conservative credentials.
Most other members of the S.C. congressional delegation brought family members or gave away their tickets.
