Tuesday letters: Thanks to you, Sen. Graham

Budget Battle Obama

I am proud of Sen. Lindsey Graham for his continued support for our troops and his never-ending dedication to find the truth about Benghazi, including who is responsible for the death of our ambassador and the other American heroes who sacrificed their lives on Sept. 11, 2011. Their families deserve, at the very least, an explanation.

Sen. Graham’s inquiries exposed the fact that our former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and others at the top knew the truth about what happened but continued to deceive the American public. It was well after the presidential election that Hillary Clinton accepted responsibility for not taking action. She knew about the danger from warnings and smaller attacks there and in the area and should have done her job.

Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta should have removed Americans from the area or sent in more military support. At first, I wondered why these Americans were staying in such a dangerous place without sufficient protection. Most now understand who is actually responsible, thanks to Sen. Graham’s vigilance.

Thank you Sen. Graham, for all you are doing for our troops and serving as our senator.
