COLUMBIA, SC — Columbia Police released screen shots from surveillence video taken at Eau Claire High School early Saturday morning that police say show the suspect they’re looking for.
Police were called to the scene around 9:00 a.m. Saturday February 15. After finding the glass in the school’s front door smashed out, officers discovered more vandalism inside the school including trophy cases smashed, graffiti in the hallways, and windows broken in the office, cafeteria and classrooms. A school computer was also damaged, said, Interim Columbia Police Chief Ruben Santiago in a release.
Damage is estimated around $10,900, and indicationsshow that nothing was stolen in the break-in, police said..
