French Cooking Goes To The Dogs

Chef Francois Fisera of Fleur de Lys, a French culinary institute in Columbia, SC, holds the annual "French Cooking Goes To The Dogs" dinner for dogs and dog owners on Feb. 18, 2014. The only difference between the meals was the owner's risotto was heated and prepared with with wine.
