Richland County Rain Barrel and Compost Bin Sale: Richland County’s Sustainability Office has teamed up with Keep the Midland’s Beautiful, Carolina Clear and the City of Columbia to offer rain barrels and compost bins at reduced prices. Rain barrels are $60 each and compost bins are $50 each.
