ELECTION 2014: Richard Cash books Grammy winner for birthday, campaign bash

Posted by JAMIE SELF on March 7, 2014

It's Richard Cash's birthday party -- and he's mixing politics and music.

One of six Republicans challenging U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham in June's primary, Cash has booked five-time Grammy winner and Christian singer-songwriter Steven Curtis Chapman to headline a concert-campaign event, called the "One Nation Under God Rally."

That's also Cash's birthday, according to his campaign. The event will start at 6:45 p.m. on March 31 at the TD Convention Center in Greenville.

Tickets are $27 through March 16. Then they increase to $32. Details here.
