Rush takes seat on world economic development panel

Torrey Rush has been appointed to an international economic development task force by the National Association of Counties.

Rush has represented a north Richland County district on the 11-member County Council for the past two years.

In his job for Integrity Real Estate Advisors, Rush, 36, is responsible for economic development advisory services, charter-school advisory services and general development services, according to a news release by his firm Monday.

Since 1935, NACo has assisted America’s counties pursue excellence in public service.

The task force guides NACo programming on county-level engagement in international economic development activities.
