3 charged after investigators discover meth lab in Florence County

— Three people have been arrested after Narcotics Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office discovered an operational methamphetamine lab.

Cherry Worley, 36, Benjamin Turbeville, 26 and Vicky More, 58, all of Florence have been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Manufacture of Methamphetamine (first offense).

Investigators discovered the meth lab at 2618 Willow Drive in Florence after received complaints from the community.

The operation had produced a small quantity of methamphetamine, which was discovered along with the necessary chemicals to produce it, according to investigators.

The three suspects are being held at the Florence County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing.

Florence County Emergency Management, the West Florence Fire Department and Florence County EMS also assisted.
