— Of course Clemson University shouldn’t tell football coach Dabo Swinney to stop team prayers, you said in a poll at thestate.com.

The question was: “Should Clemson order football coach Swinney to stop team prayers, sermons, Bible studies and “church days” for players and train staff about their First Amendment obligations?”

As of just before noon Friday, 3,957 people had responded to the survey question on thestate.com.

Of those:

726, or 18 percent, said YES

3,231, or 82 percent, said NO
