Columbia Green Tour of 10 Private Gardens: 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Heathwood and Trenholm Road neighborhoods. Tickets will be on sale both days at Heathwood Park, 800 Abelia Road. Refreshments at a Southern tea party and an exhibition and sale of garden-related crafts are included in the price of the tour. Tickets are $20 for Columbia Green members (or two for $35), $35 for nonmembers, or $20 each for groups of six or more. www.columbiagreen.org

Columbia Metropolitan 2014 Dream Home: Tour the Dream Home, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays and 1-6 p.m. Sundays through May 11 at 38 Lake View Circle. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door or at any First Community Bank location. Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. A “Cash and Carry” sale will be held from 9-11 a.m. May 12.

Third Annual Columbia Plant and Flower Sale: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. May 8-10 at 7501 Garners Ferry Road (in front of Southeastern Salvage and next to McDonalds). Annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees and more.
