ADVENTURE DAY: 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at Sesquicentennial State Park, 9564 Two Notch Road. Check-in is at 9 a.m. Programs are trail running and walking, trail riding demo, yoga for athletes, and pre- and post-exercise eating plans. Cost is $85 per person. Massage therapy will be available for $20 for 20 minutes or $30 for 30 minutes. Bring bike helmet, sunscreen, change of clothes, yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Lunch included. Register by Monday. CAROLINA RIVER CONNECTION: Basic canoe, sea/rec and whitewater kayak instruction and rentals. Five guided trips for all levels of paddlers, including half-day, full-day and overnight trips. SALUDA SHOALS PARK: The Saluda Shoals Foundation, Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission and Trustus Theatre present “Love, Loss and What I Wore,” 7:30 p.m. May 22-24 at the Environmental Education Center Outdoor Deck, 5605 Bush River Road.
