Baseball, softball playoffs continue

The baseball and softball playoffs continue with a busy slate on Monday.

Class 3A moves into second-round play, while Class 4A and 2A elimination games will set Wednesday district final lineup.

Class 3A baseball

Emerald at A.C. Flora; Georgetown at Gilbert; Chapin at Wren; River Bluff at Eastside. The winners of these semifinal games move on to the district championship round on Friday. The losers face elimination games on Wednesday.

Camden at Greenville; St. James at Airport. The losers are out; the winners continue elimination play on Wednesday.

Class 4A baseball

Ridge View at Lexington; Gaffney at Blythewood; J.L. Mann at Richland NE; Dutch Fork at Ashley Ridge; White Knoll at West Florence. The losers are out; the winners advance to the district finals on Wednesday.

Class 2A baseball

Indian Land at Pelion; Chesterfield at Fairfield Central. The losers are out; the winners advance to the district finals on Wednesday.

Class 3A softball

Belton-Honea Path at Chapin; Georgetown at Gilbert; Camden at Seneca. The winners of these semifinal games move on to the district championship round on Friday. The losers face elimination games on Wednesday.

Hilton Head at Airport; River Bluff at Greer; Brookland-Cayce at Hanahan; A.C. Flora at Pickens. The losers are out; the winners continue elimination play on Wednesday.

Class 4A softball

Hillcrest at Lugoff-Elgin; Boiling Springs at Blythewood; Beaufort at Lexington; Carolina Forest at Dutch Fork; Spring Valley at South Florence. The losers are out; the winners advance to the district finals on Wednesday.

Class 2A softball

Pelion at Chesterfield; North Central at Buford; Batesburg-Leesville at Pendleton. The losers are out; the winners advance to the district finals on Wednesday.
