SC voters must register by Saturday for June primary

— S.C. voters must register by Saturday if they want to cast a ballot in the June 10 primary.

Voters who have moved or changed their name recently ought to update their information by Saturday to avoid delays at polling places, the S.C. Election Commission said. (Click here for a change of address form.)

To register to vote:

• Visit (You will need a S.C. Driver’s License or Department of Motor Vehicles ID card.)

• Go to your county voter registration office. (Click here for a list.)

Download a voter registration form, and complete and return it to your county voter registration office. (Deadlines -- Mail must be postmarked by Saturday, and faxes and email attachments must be received by Saturday.)

On the S.C. Election Commission website, voters can see a sample ballot and find their polling place by checking their registration and requesting absentee ballots.
