As offers continue to roll in for RB Reggie Gallaspy of Greensboro, NC, he will have to wait-and-see if Clemson will join the list. Gallaspy understands the process and plans to be patient.
"I talk to coach (Robbie) Caldwell and he just told me they're unsure (if scholarships will be available)," Gallaspy said. "I think they had a back get hurt recently and they have to see how that goes."
His most recent offers were from California, Vanderbilt, Syracuse, Louisville and Boston College. He is excited about each. Gallaspy would like to visit each this summer.
"Hopefully, it works out," he said. "If I can't make it out west, I'll try and take one of my official visits there (Cal)."
Gallaspy also said that should Clemson become more involved with him, he will reciprocate that interest. His top five is Duke, NC State, North Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia.
Several other schools could enter the mix for Gallaspy. Florida, Michigan State and Arkansas are showing interest in him. "Those schools are telling me they want to offer but they need to see me practice first," Gallaspy said.
He plans to commit during his senior season and said that depending on future offers, his top five could likely change.
