— Shuttle buses used by hundreds of Gamecock baseball fans are being moved for the weekend series with the University of Missouri.

The pick-up and drop-off site is to be Capital City Stadium for the three-game series to avoid traffic expected for the University of South Carolina’s commencement. Commencement generally attracts thousands of visitors, and this year Vice President Joe Biden is the keynote speaker.

The city-owned stadium is located at 301 Assembly St.

Normally, the pick-up and drop-off location for the shuttle service is along side a USC parking lot near Devine and Lincoln streets by Colonial Life Arena. A round-trip fare is $3 per person.

Parking will be availabe at the city stadium, which is used for college summer league play.

The shuttle service operates from about an hour before to an hour after game times. First pitches for the Missouri series are: Friday, 7 p.m.; Saturday, 3:15 p.m., Sunday, 1:30 p.m.
