COLUMBIA, SC Columbia police released new surveillance photos from The Vista in the search for a person-of-interest following an early Sunday morning shooting incident.

Shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday, officers were assisting with crowd control at 920 Lady St., when then heard what sounded like several gunshots near Lincoln and Lady streets. Officers found property damage, but no victims.

Initial surveillance video showed the man being sought wearing a dark, sleeveless shirt and sagging blue jeans. A few hours later, the same man is seen (in surveillance photos released Thursday) wearing a white T-shirt and the words ‘Baptist’ on the back, Columbia police chief Skip Holbrook said in a news release.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call or text tips to 888-CRIME-SC.
