Columbia Animal Shelter offers “Name Your Own Price” cat adoptions

Posted on June 17, 2014

The Columbia Animal Shelter is celebrating National Adopt A Shelter Cat Month with a special offer: now through June 30, customers can name their own price when adopting a cat.

Participants are only required to pay a $5 minimum, as well as the City of Columbia’s $5 pet license fee. And if that’s enough, all cat adoptions come with a free chicken sandwich courtesy of Chick-fil-A.

All felines have been spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, FELV/FIV tested and are up-to-date on vaccines.

For more information, call the Columbia Animal Shelter at (803) 776-7387 or visit it at 127 Humane Lane.
