Parris Island's commanding general, Brig. Gen. Lori Reynolds, officially hands over command to Brig. Gen. Terry Williams at a change of command ceremony on Friday, June 20, 2014 at the All Weather Training Facility on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. Williams is the base's first African-American commander.
