July 8, 2014

Ryne Huggins (6-3 200) of Newberry, who is considered one of the top pitchers in the state for the 2016 class, committed on Tuesday to Clemson.

DynamicBaseball.org has this breakdown of Huggins whose father pitched for the Tigers as well:

Huggins is one of the top left-handed pitcher in the state of SC commanding an upper 80s fastball with more to come! His projectable 6’3/200 pound frame has college and Pro Scouts already buzzing about the future for this Newberry HS product.
