*ADVERTISING – RETAIL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Math, Spelling): Responsible for selling advertising schedules based on advertiser marketing needs, selling all products and services, and achieving revenue goals by developing new/incremental business in assigned territory. ADVERTISING – ONLINE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Math & Spelling): The applicant is responsible for acquiring new clients for banner advertising and sponsorships from self-generated leads. Requires a minimum of three hours a day cold calling, as well as fifteen face-to-face presentations each week with prospective online advertisers. Must possess 2 years plus outside sales experience in developing a territory, including prospecting and/or cold calling for lead generation. Experience selling media services or advertisement is helpful. Account management experience is helpful in maintaining the relationships and increasing sales opportunities. A college degree is preferred, however, advertising, marketing, or business courses are a plus. Must be an accomplished PC user and have a clear understanding of the Internet. Must be able to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing and multitasking other responsibilities. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Posting date: 02/16/2009
