PRODUCTION – MACHINIST/ELECTRICIAN: Temporary position is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment. Works on electrical and mechanical components of machinery. Must be able to understand relative software components that may affect both components and to read schematics. Five years of mechanical/electrical experience required. Two-year technical degree preferred. Must possess strong communication skills and mathematical aptitude. Must be physically able to stand for up to two-thirds of shift. Requires ability to climb, bend, stoop, crawl and kneel to access machinery. Lifting, pushing and pulling requirement can be up to 90 pounds. ADVERTISING – CLASSIFIED INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Math, Spelling, Typing 45 wpm): In a call center environment, responsible for maximizing revenue (including online) through the sales and service of advertising customers. Answers telephone calls in a prompt and pleasant manner, solicits orders for advertising over the phone, consistently makes outbound sales calls, takes ads for publication, provides accurate information to customers regarding advertising products, policies and rates. High school diploma required; some college preferred. Two to five years of responsible sales or marketing experience required. Knowledge of competitive media and marketing research is a plus. Must be able to type 45 wpm and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic PC skills and ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment are essential.
