Summerville jumped to a 21-0 lead in the second quarter, but the Indians stormed back with three touchdowns in the third quarter to win the Class 4A Division I state quarterfinal game in front of approximately 5,000 fans at Summerville's McKissick Field.
With four scoring drives each lasting less than 60 seconds, Abbeville raced past Batesburg Leesville 37-26 in Friday's third-round Class 2A playoff game at Hite Stadium.
