S.C. state employees to get 3.25% pay increase

About 61,000 state employees would be eligible for a 3.25 percent pay hike approved Saturday by budget negotiators. About 21,000 of those employees work in Richland County, according to the state Department of Administration. Another 2,100 work in Lexington County.
