How about bring in or cover your sensitive plants?
The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for much of central South Carolina for tonight. Temperatures are expected to drop to around 30 overnight, cold enough to damage sensitive plants.
The cold snap also will make for a cold morning of tailgating for the Carolina-Clemson football game, but temperatures are expected to rise from around 35 at 8 a.m. to above 50 by the noon kickoff and around 60 by the second half.
