A Sumter woman has been charged with two counts of felony driving under the influence with death and felony DUI with great bodily harm following an accident that killed two of her passengers and injured two others.

The S.C. Highway Patrol reports indicate Renee Wright, 21, was driving without a license. The 2000 Hyundai she was driving also was unlicensed and uninsured, according to the Highway Patrol.

The accident happened at about midnight Saturday on Mooneyham Road in Sumter County when the vehicle ran off the road and struck a tree.

Keyeleshia Isaac and Debbie Wright, 40, were killed in the crash. Debbie Wright's twin sister and a 1-year-old were injured.

Reports say the child was not in a car seat.
