Nelson Mullins opening office in West Virginia

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough is opening its first West Virginia office next week, the Columbia-based law firm has announced.

The Huntington, W.Va., location is the second new city for the firm since January and will be the law firm's 12th location.

Nelson Mullins is South Carolina's largest law firm, established in 1897. The firm is the 15th largest legal presence in Atlanta and is the 22nd largest in North Carolina.

In addition to Atlanta, Boston, Tallahassee and Washington, Nelson Mullins has seven offices in the Carolinas.
