Andy Haddock at Terra is one of those bartenders who adds something unique to the drinking experience.
In a description on Terra’s website, he is listed as “Terra’s mixologist” and crafts “seasonal, carefully created cocktails, from the classic to the completely original.” In simpler terms, Haddock has the freedom to conjure drinks that customers might like, such as the Bitter Banger.
“The Bitter Banger is a take off of the classic cocktail, the Harvey Wallbanger,” Haddock said. “We like to work with what’s in season and think about what the customer will enjoy.”

The Harvey Wallbanger, in its simplest form, is vodka, Galliano and orange juice. The Bitter Banger however, is a flavorful mix of vodka, Aperol, Galliano, rhubarb bitters and blood orange juice. The blood orange juice and the rhubarb bitters make this a high-quality stand-alone drink or one best enjoyed pre-meal.
