BETTER CHOICES, BETTER HEALTH WORKSHOPS: 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 2-May 7, at Greenview Park, 6700 David St. Designed by Stanford University for people living with ongoing health conditions such as arthritis, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, lung disease and mental health issues. Topics include developing an action plan to improve your health, exercising safely, healthy eating, talking to your doctor and dealing with difficult emotions.
