“GETTYSBURG: SOUTH CAROLINA IN THE FIGHT”: It’s the last three days of the exhibit at the S.C. Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum, 301 Gervais St. The exhibit examines the various roles of the nearly 5,000 South Carolinians in the campaign. On display are: the swords of Col. William Davie DeSaussure and Gen. Joseph Brevard Kershaw; various rifles carried in the battle; artillery projectiles, camp items used by Gen. Wade Hampton; personal letters home and memorabilia from the 1913 reunion. Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday. Regular admission is $5; age 62 and older, active duty military and veterans, $4; ages 13-17, $2; age 12 and younger, free. Sunday admission is just $1. (803) 737-8095; http://www.crr.sc.gov
