Fall prevention series
FALL PREVENTION 101: 10-11:30 a.m. Monday at the Gilbert-Summit Senior Center, 409 Broad St., Gilbert. Kelly Ward, aka “The Fall Prevention Lady,” will demonstrate mobility techniques and exercises (most can be done at home and even while seated).
