VIETNAM VETERANS HONORS CEREMONY: 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, 1306 Hampton St. Keynote speaker will be retired Marine Maj. Gen. James Livingston of Mount Pleasant, a Medal of Honor recipient from the Vietnam War. The event also will feature military bands, military artifacts and memorabilia display and U.S. Sen. Tim Scott will give each veteran in attendance a senatorial certificate of appreciation and pin.
