Canny kid corners criminals
“HOME ALONE”: 5:30-6:45 p.m. Wednesday at Nickelodeon, 1607 Main St. While not exactly a Christmas classic, this 1990 film fits this time of year. When bratty 8-year-old Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) acts out the night before a family trip to Paris over the holidays, his mother makes him sleep in the attic. In the rush to the airport, he’s left behind and tangles with a pair of bungling burglars (Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern). $10. (803) 254-8234; http://nickelodeon.org
