Menu: Pumpkin soup with nutmeg creme fraiche and chive oil with Jever Pils vs. Wolf Gewurztraminer; grilled bratwurst with gurkensalat (German cucumber salad) and sauerkraut with Gaffel Kolsch vs. Dr. L Riesling; beer-braised veal short ribs with warm German potato salad with Victory Sunrise Weissbier vs. Wolf Pinot Noir; apple and ementhaler cheese strudel with Weyerbacher Autumnfest vs. Loosen Urziger Wurzgarten Auslese. $44 per person ($39 for Wine Club members).
