USC men's soccer holds off Furman

CommentsSam Arthur scored twice to lead South Carolina to a 3-2 victory against Furman on Wednesday.
Arthur scored in the 33rd and 50th minutes, then Blake Brettschneider added a goal in the 69th for the Gamecocks (6-3-1). Coleton Henning scored in the 58th and 77th minutes for Furman (4-5-2).

Gators top Gamecocks
South Carolina won the first game before losing to Florida 24-26, 25-19, 25-23, 25-15. Ivana Kujundzic had 15 kills and 13 digs to lead the Gamecocks, 10-6 overall and 2-5 in the SEC.
