USC men's soccer schedule released
USC will play four teams that were in last year’s NCAA tournament during the 2009 season, highlighted by a home game on Oct. 20 against No. 2 Wake Forest. The season starts Sept. 1 at home against Charlotte, while USC plays at Clemson on Sept. 4

USC to face tough schedule
USC will play 16 matches against teams that finished in the top 100 of the RPI this season. The season starts on Aug. 28 at Clemson while USC will also host three matches as part of its Gamecock Invitational.

USC’s Anderson on watch list
USC senior center Garrett Anderson is one of 44 players named to the Rimington Trophy Watch List, which honors the nation’s top offensive center. Anderson, a 6-4, 307-pounder from Irmo, has played in 35 games over the past three seasons, making 21 starts.
WOMEN’S TENNIS
Clemson, USC ranked in top 20
Clemson is ranked No. 11 and USC No. 17 in the final ITA team rankings of the season. The Gamecocks reached the NCAA quarterfinals before losing to Georgia, while the Tigers reached the round of 16 before losing to Notre Dame.
