South Carolina won Saturday's game against Wofford. Five reasons Wofford wins the other 364 days of the year:
1. While USC chops down trees to build Innovista, Wofford has planted nearly 4,500 trees on its Spartanburg campus since 1992.
2. The range of SAT scores for incoming Wofford students is 1150 to 1340. USC's range is 1060 to 1270.
3. Wofford's student/faculty ratio is 11 to 1. USC's is 17 to 1.
4. Two of the five members of the South Carolina Supreme Court — Justice John Waller and Justice Costa Pleicones — earned their undergraduate degrees from Wofford. Only Justice John Kittredge did the same from USC.
5. Sixty-four percent of Wofford classes have 20 or fewer students, compared to 46 percent at USC.
