Due to projected wind speeds of 35 mph or greater generated by Tropical Storm Hanna, all commercial flights out of Hilton Head have been suspended starting at noon today until further notice, according to an airport release.

Flights are expected to resume once winds have subsided to safe levels. All airport patrons are encouraged to contact their respective airline in advance to determine when/if their flight has been affected.
