Former USC men's basketball player Trevor Deloach will play next season at Chipola Junior College in Marianna, Fla., Deloach confirmed on Monday.
Deloach can play one season at Chipola, and then have three years of eligibility if he transfers back to an NCAA school.
Deloach, a guard from Saluda, redshirted during his freshman season at USC. He then decided to leave after new coach Darrin Horn informed him that he wasn't in the program's future plans.
Horn told Deloach he would honor his scholarship.
