6-4 Damien Leonard of JL Mann finished his junior season averaging 21 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3 assists per game, and he solidified his place as the state's top prospect. His offer list now includes Clemson, USC, Kansas, Kentucky, Texas, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Oklahoma State, Cincinnati, Florida, Georgia Tech, Miami, Florida State and Virginia according to Mann coach Jeff Craft.
Oklahoma State coaches visited with Leonard just before the start of the dead period. Leonard was able to get to Clemson, USC and Virginia Tech for games this season. And he'll visit several schools in June. "He's trying to leave it wide open," Craft said. "The in state schools are pushing and so are Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Miami."
Leonard heads to Germany Sunday where he will play with an adidas team for two weeks.
