Former Dutch Fork star Murphy Holloway is set to transfer from Ole Miss to Clemson. The official paperwork is to be filed this week, according to a source.

There has been no official contact between Clemson and the 6-foot-7 forward because Holloway announced on Friday his intention to move back closer to his family. Official contact must wait until Clemson gets formal release documents from Ole Miss.

But the groundwork has been laid, and the new Clemson staff wants to have Holloway in the program.

Holloway will have two years of eligibility with the Tigers beginning in 2011.

Holloway played in 55 games in two seasons at Ole Miss. He averaged over 10 points and 7 rebounds per game last season.

Holloway would have considered USC, but Ole Miss was not going to release him to an SEC program.
