Canceled school has delayed three Herald-area schools' Letter of Intent signings for athletes until tomorrow.
Twenty-nine area students were expected to put their names on Letters of Intent as part of National Signing Day. National Signing Day is for all athletes in all sports, not just football.
South Pointe High School signings have been postponed until 1:30 p.m. Thursday. South Pointe wide receiver Charles Holmes is a USC commitment.
Northwestern High School signings have been postponed until 8 a.m. Thursday.
Lancaster High School signings have been rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
Some other schools are going forward with signings, despite canceled schools.
