Michigan State is the lone offer right now for DE Keegan Funderburk (6-3 248) of Central, but his coach says more should be coming soon.
Coach Joey Mangum said USC and Clemson are very interested in Funderburk but want to see how he progresses academically before making an offer. Funderburk attended USC's junior day but missed both of Clemson's. He's also getting interest from Tennessee, Georgia, Auburn and Florida State.
Funderburk also plays tight end. He was all state in football and basketball as a junior. Last season he had 94 tackles and 21 sacks.
