House Majority Leader Kenny Bingham said Tuesday that despite the position of the legislative leadership against considering impeachment next week, a resolution still could be introduced and sent to a committee. However, Bingham, a Lexington Republican, said taking up impeachment for debate would require a two-thirds vote of the chamber and "that ain't happening."
