Is International Criminal Court the best way to stop war crimes?

The International Criminal Court has completed only one trial since it was created 10 years ago to prosecute the perpetrators of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. That’s raised questions about whether the court, born in the wake of atrocities in Bosnia and Rwanda, is the best way to stop genocide.
