Four Moons: This new eatery in Orangeburg boasts an ambitious and exotic menu like one might find in a large metropolitan area.
Award-winning executive chefs Charles and Colleen Zeran hope to tempt foodies with creative dishes such as a macaroni and cheese martini (with lobster, orzo and caviar), asparagus roasted garlic sorbet and a grilled bison strip loin. Sommelier Ryan Groeschel is ready to assist with selections from an extensive wine list that includes 500 labels and 2,400 bottles.
